Go to Foobar's Preferences > Display and chose ColumnsUI from User Interface Module First download skin pack and extract it to your Foobar2000 folder - merge all folders and overwrite existing plugins (or keep newer ones if you have them) All props go to the original creator Soczi DeviantArt Just to be 100% clear, I did not design this skin, I only modded it a bit.
